Napping

I am currently listening to a duck quacker as my son is "supposed" to be napping. He usually takes 2-3 naps a week at this point. He has not had a nap for the past 2 days, so today is supposed to be a napping day. After being in his room for about 20 min he comes running out telling me he is a "happy pants". Sometimes as I'm putting him down for nap I tell him to rest so he will be a happy pants and not a grumpy pants. I sent him back to his room telling him he can't come out before I say or he will get a spanking. Apparently he is obeying my "don't leave your room", but he's not too keen on the napping part. Quack, quack.
